Policy

Terms

These terms cover orders placed with PNK Apparel (Patric & Kalena’s Apparel) through this website or by enquiry. By ordering you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
  • PNK Originals are paid for at checkout before production begins.
  • Custom apparel is quoted personally. Pricing, quantities and timeframes are confirmed before production.

Made to order

PNK Originals are produced after payment. Production takes 5 to 10 business days after payment, and courier delivery time is additional. MADE TO ORDER. Blank garment availability is confirmed after purchase. If your selected size is unavailable, we’ll contact you with suitable alternatives, a revised timeframe or a full refund.

Availability and substitutions

  • Large, urgent or date specific orders require an availability check with our supplier before we accept them.
  • If a paid garment becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative, a revised timeframe, store credit where you accept it, or a full refund for the affected item.
  • We will explain any difference in brand, fit, fabric, style or appearance before offering a substitute.
  • We never substitute the garment, brand, fit, fabric, colour or size without your written approval.
  • We normally allow 2 to 3 business days for you to respond to an alternative. If you do not accept a suitable alternative, we refund the affected item.

Custom apparel and approvals

  • Nothing is printed until you have approved the final design and quote in writing.
  • Please check spelling, names, numbers and dates carefully before approving. Approved artwork is printed as approved.
  • By sending artwork you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
  • PNK Apparel may decline work that is unlawful, hateful or that we are not equipped to produce well.

Care

Care instructions are listed on each product page. Prints that have been washed or dried against those instructions are not covered for replacement.

Production method

Launch products and custom apparel are produced using vinyl and/or DTF printing, designed and printed by PNK Apparel. We do not offer embroidery or sewn labels at this time.
