PNK Apparel (Patric & Kalena’s Apparel) is a small, family owned business in Nawton, Hamilton. This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us: your name, email, phone number, the type of order, quantities, sizes, dates, your idea or design description and any artwork you upload.
• Order details when you buy a PNK Original: what you ordered, your contact and delivery details, and a record of the transaction.
• Your cart, which is stored only in your own browser until you check out.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and develop your design with you.
• To produce, ship or hand over your order and contact you if a garment or size is unavailable.
• To keep a record of approvals, so we both have a clear reference for what was agreed.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Artwork

Artwork and design files you send are used only to produce your order. Please do not send us artwork you do not have the right to use.

Payments

Online payments are handled by a third party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. The provider’s own privacy policy applies to the payment step.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email pnkapparels25@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
