Shipping and pickup

Made to order

Every PNK Original is printed after payment. We source the blank garment for your order, print it, check it and then send it or hold it for pickup. Production takes 5 to 10 business days after payment.

MADE TO ORDER. Blank garment availability is confirmed after purchase. If your selected size is unavailable, we’ll contact you with suitable alternatives, a revised timeframe or a full refund.

Shipping

We send orders by tracked courier within New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Courier delivery time is additional to production time.

Pickup

Pickup from Nawton, Hamilton is free. We will message you when your order is ready to collect. Pickup is by arrangement, not a walk in shopfront.

Large, urgent or date specific orders

If you need a quantity, or you need it by a date, we check garment availability with our supplier before accepting the order. Please tell us the date as early as possible. This applies to custom work and to larger Originals orders.

If a garment becomes unavailable

If a paid garment becomes unavailable, we will promptly offer one of the following for the affected item:

• a suitable alternative, with any difference in brand, fit, fabric, style or appearance explained first
• a revised timeframe while we wait for restock
• store credit, where you accept it
• a full refund

We will never substitute the garment, brand, fit, fabric, colour or size without your written approval. We normally allow 2 to 3 business days for you to respond to an alternative. If you do not accept a suitable alternative, we refund the affected item.

Custom orders

Custom apparel is quoted personally. Timeframes, quantities and pricing are confirmed with you before production, and nothing is printed until you have approved the final design in writing.
